  • AraabMUZIK is gearing up to drop The Remixes Volume 1 on July 9, a compilation that will feature tracks from music label Ultra Records and two brand new AraabMUZIK originals."Keep it in Motion" - featuring Chase N Cash, one of those aforementioned originals can be heard below.   • Sub Pop Records co-founder, Jonathan Poneman, has been diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease at 53. His contributions to the Seattle music scene are legendary - he helped launch the careers of bands like Nirvana, Soundgarden, and many more. In an interview with the Seattle Times, Poneman is quoted as saying, "As ironic it sounds, I am truly grateful to the disease," and that he has found that his illness has revitalized his love of life.   • The Wu-Tang Clan are celebrating their 20 year anniversary with a brand new song entitled "Family Reunion." It's a track that has Masta Killa, Ghostface Killa, and Method Man reminiscing about their many accomplishments over their amazing careers. The group will release their album, A Better Tomorrow, sometime next month. The Clan can't properly celebrate without Ol' Dirty Bastard, so his hollogram will join them onstage at their upcoming Rock the Bells performance. [CoS]

  • California alternative band, Tomahawk, made their television debut last night on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon. They preformed their new track "White Hats/Black Hats,"which is featured on their first album in six years, Oddfellows. Watch their intense performance below. [CoS]
