The city of Aberdeen, Washington has declared February 20 as Kurt Cobain Day! The Nirvana frontman was born there on that day in 1967. According to Aberdeen's mayor Bill Simpson, "Aberdeen residents may justifiably take pride in the role our community played in the life of Kurt Cobain."
