Today on the Morning Show with John Richards Decibel Festival founder, president and curator, Sean Horton, has revealed the first wave of artists for the 2014 International Festival of Electronic Music Performance, Visual Art and New Media, taking over Seattle on September 24-28. Always groundbreaking, Decibel Festival features a wide variety of arts programming, including workshops, films and interactive events, in addition to a wide range of electronic based artists performing at equally diverse locations, from clubs and theaters to outdoor parks and even boat cruises.
