Ursula 1000 is the colorful and supremely funky music project of NYC-via-Miami electronic musician Alex Gimeno. Emerging onto the music landscape in 1998 with his debut album, The Now Sound of Ursula 1000, on Thievery Corporation's Eighteenth Street Lounge record label, he's since gone on to release four more albums on ESL in addition to a steady stream of EPs, singles, and official DJ mixes. His exclusive mix for Midnight In A Perfect World is a non-stop disco and house party with undeniably fresh dancefloor fillers that include two remixes from his own deep catalog.
