After a highly successful run in 2014, Project Pabst returns this weekend July 17-19th at Zidell Yards in SW Portland. This year's eclectic lineup boasts several impressive big name performers sure to draw a crowd- for example, Blondie, Weezer, and Passion Pit, alongside indie pop band Alvvays, punk rock favorite Thee Oh Sees, and more, to cater to everyone's taste. Even Run the Jewels is scheduled to perform Saturday night, and that's right after TV On the Radio. Pabst sure means business.
In addition to the two daytime stages, Project Pabst is hosting multiple night shows at different venues in Portland, including the Doug Fir, Crystal Ballroom, and Dante's. These appeal to multiple audiences with a variety of artists, like Chastity Belt, Ghostface Killah, and Son Little, to name a few. There's also activities, games and food - not to mention that Sunday is National Ice Cream Day. Is there any better reason to try the "Not Your Father's Root Beer Float?"
21+. $40 single day pass, $75 for weekend pass. Night show tickets sold separately. All attendees must present a valid ID upon entry. A portion of each ticket sale goes to the Jeremy Wilson Foundation, providing financial assistance to musicians and their families in times of medical crisis.
