Founder Sean Horton and team today released the full line-up for the 12th Annual Decibel Festival, a four-day long celebration of underground electronic music taking place right here in Seattle this fall. From September 23-27th, over 15 countries will be represented with almost 100 audio/visual performers, along with individual concerts, workshops geared towards audio/visual technology, marquee artist and educator lectures, interactive industry happy hour events, as well as the return of "dB in the Park" at Volunteer Park in Capitol Hill.
