Brix Smith seems to have led a fascinating existence. Perhaps having been a member of the Fall isn't a huge claim to fame (not many bands have Wikipedia pages specifically dedicated to listing their past members, after all). But how many people can say they've played with the Fall, the Bangles, and Hole? Can't be more than six or seven, right? Oh, plus she produced a decent handful of her own music, including this here single by The Adult Net (the album cover just says "Adult Net," but the Internet is telling me it's "The Adult Net," and I try not to argue with the Internet). "And she'll probably be bigger than the Fall ever will 'cause she's got 'the looks' & a much more 'commercially acceptable' sound. Life isn't fair."
"This one sucks big time in my book."
