It's happening!
While this festival is located in San Francisco, not Seattle, we couldn't contain our excitement at the first major music festival of the year being announced: Outside Lands will be held in Golden Gate Park for a special Halloween edition, October 29-31, 2021. Headliners include Lizzo, Tame Impala, and The Strokes, with a robust supporting line-up featuring Tyler, the Creator, Vampire Weekend, J Balvin, Khruangbin, Brittany Howard, Angel Olsen, and so many more. (Check out the full line-up below.)
“We have been eagerly anticipating our return to Golden Gate Park for over a year now and although we have to wait a few months longer, we couldn’t be more excited to present an epic Halloween edition of Outside Lands,” said Allen Scott, President of Concerts & Festivals at Another Planet Entertainment and Co-Producer of Outside Lands. “The shift in dates allows us to work collectively to determine any new safety measures necessary to implement during the festival weekend. We ask fans to use this time before the festival to continue exercising common sense COVID safety practices and we look forward to being together again soon.”
The festival will work with local and state officials to determine this year’s safety and security measures. What this currently means remains to be seen as vaccinations rates continue to rise across the country and states continue to adjust their restrictions accordingly. You can stay on top of California's orders here.
3-Day General Admission, VIP, Payment Plan and Golden Gate Club passes are on sale now.
Welcome back, music festivals!
